Delete your account and data

Applies to the Momentide app for iPhone and iPad.

Delete from the app

Open Momentide and go to Profile.
Scroll down and tap Delete account.
Confirm. Deletion happens right away and cannot be undone.

Cancel your subscription first. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Go to iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Momentide → Cancel Subscription.

What is deleted

Your account and profile
All moments: mantras, sessions, ritual entries, moods, notes and transcripts
Voice recordings, Voice Capsule messages and mantras in your own voice
Saved ritual recipes, reminders and notification tokens
Momentide's Sign in with Apple access is revoked, and your customer record at RevenueCat (our subscription provider) is deleted

Purchase records that we are required by law to keep may be kept for as long as that law requires. Crash reports are not linked to your account and are deleted automatically within 90 days.

Can't open the app?

Email momentideapp@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm by replying to that address and delete your account within 30 days. If you used Sign in with Apple with a hidden email, write from the Apple ID you use on your iPhone and tell us; we'll find the account together.

Want a copy first?

Email momentideapp@gmail.com from the address on your account. We'll send your information in JSON, with your recordings as audio files, within 30 days. More in our Privacy Policy.

Delete a single entry

You can delete any single entry or recording in the app at any time without deleting your account.
